• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour date:
  → 100% refund of tour payment.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour:
  → 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows (including late arrivals that miss the tour):
  → No refund, as guides, vehicles, and horses (if applicable) have already been reserved for you.

Flight changes & layovers:
If your airline cancels or significantly delays your flight and you are unable to join the tour, please contact us before the tour start time. With proof of the flight change, we’ll convert your payment into a credit for a future tour, valid for 12 months.

Operator cancellations:
If Guatemala Underground Tours must cancel due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule, subject to availability.
