We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is based on how much notice we receive before your scheduled tour.

• 7 or more days before your scheduled tour:
  → Full Refund (100%)

• 3–6 days before your tour
  → 50% refund.

• Less than 48 hours before your tour
  → No refund

• Late arrivals or no-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for a refunds, as guides, vehicles, and horses (when applicable) are already reserved for you.

Flight changes & layovers:
If your airline cancels or significantly delays your flight and you cannot attend your tour, please contact us before your scheduled start time. With proof of the flight issue, we will convert your payment into a tour credit for future use, valid for 12 months.

Operator cancellations:
If Guatemala Underground Tours must cancel due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule, subject to availability.
